Your apartment is in an apartment building. In the approx. 40 sqm large, newly furnished basement apartment there is a double bed, a pull-out sofa bed as a double bed, table with 4 chairs, small fully equipped kitchenette, large closet and wardrobe and 50 "TV.
The small new bathroom built in 2020 has a toilet, sink, large shower and hairdryer.
You can be in the city center in 20 minutes by public transport. (Walk to the subway: 10 minutes)
Very good motorway connection to the local recreation areas (Garmisch, Lindau, Stanberger See)

We stayed at this location in December 2023. It provided everything we needed; a parking spot, washer/dryer, stores and bakeries within walking distance, clean room, comfortable bed and U-bahn 15 minute walk. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly when asked if we could drop off our luggage early.

We enjoyed our stay. The basement studio apartment was clean and nice!! It was located on a quiet street and close to groceries, etc. We also found it fairly close to the city centre which was good. Our hosts were friendly, thank you very much!!One thing is the listing has a few inconsistencies...there is no laundry available at the property and there is only street parking.

Amazing place and hosts

This location is very clean with many amenities and is a great location. Close to public transportation, free parking on street and is extremely quiet area. The hosts were very willing to help if we had any questions and were very friendly. You cant do wrong staying at this location.

Bright and Spacious, Great Location!

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights - it was perfect! There was on-street parking for our car just a little ways from the apartment, and U-bahn and S-bahn stations are a short walk away. It's only about 12 minutes or so by U-bahn to Marienplatz, about 25 minutes or so to Nymphenburg by S-bahn. For the apartment itself, it is exactly as described. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a lovely neighbourhood. Grocery stores are a short walk away, and the apartment is quite well stocked for basic cooking. The hosts could not have been kinder or more welcoming! We would definitely stay here again.

Nette Unterkunft in toller Lage

Die Lage des Appartments ist super. Zu Fuß kann man zur S-Bahn laufen und ist dann innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Fußläufig sind auch einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Appartment ist im Keller eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Einrichtung ist nett. Lüften ist schwierig, daher ist es recht feucht. Küchenzeile reicht aus. Badezimmer ist klein aber auch ausreichend.

Sehr schöne FeWo

Supernette zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Einrichtung der FeWo lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Sauberkeit war tiptop. Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Wenn wir nochmals nach München kommen sollten wäre das unsere erste Adresse 👍

Ferienwohnung first class

Diese Wohnung gehörte für uns zur Spitzenkategorie. Sie war extrem sauber, es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde, vom Toilettenpapier über Spülmittel, die Betten bequem und ausreichend Platz zum Verstauen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten, ebenso die Bushaltestelle zur U-Bahn in die Innenstadt und weiteren Umsteigemöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber perfekt, immer ein offenes Ohr und kümmern sich liebevoll um alles. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

L arrivée dans ce beau quartier est très simple: très beau quartier dans lequel il est toujours facile de se garer proche de appartement La recherche de la clé est tres simple et la communication avec l hote est exemplaire en terme de simplicité et de bienveillance L appartement tient toutes ses promesses : propreté irréprochable, renové à neuf et trs pratique : le coin cuisine st agrable et la salle de bain de bonne taille A proximité de commerce de très bonnes qualité (y compris Bio); le SBahn est prochen est direct vers le centre ville qui est d ailleurs à courte distance. Les accèsn aux rocades et aux autoroutes et faciles. Nous reviendrons très volontiers !

Große EZW in perfekter ruhiger Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, ÖPNV in der Nähe und dadurch alles in München gut erreichbar (Bavaria Filmstadt am anderen Ende der Stadt in 1 Std. per Bus/S-Bahn). Geräumige, gepflegte und saubere Einzimmerwohnung. Alles wesentliche ist vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Ferienappartment liegt sehr ruhig, man ist aber trotzdem mit Bus, U-Bahn oder S-Bahn recht schnell in der Stadt oder anderen an Ausfliegszielen. Das Appartment hat uns mit seiner makellosen Sauberkeit, super Funktionalität und angenehmer Wohnatmosphäre positiv überrascht und sehr gut gefallen. Mit Familie Biller zu kommunizieren war immer ausgesprochen nett, wir bekamen auch liebevolle Unterstützung bei der ein oder anderen Frage und beim Lösen von den kleinen Schwierigkeiten des Alltags in München. Nicht zuletzt dank Familie Biller hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in München!
