Cozy farmhouse getaway with modern amenities

Step back in time in this spacious renovated farmhouse built in 1860. This farmhouse was part of one of the original dairy farms established in Delaware county in the 1800's. Our home offers country charm along with modern amenities. Our 4 bedroom house has plenty of room for multiple families. It includes 2 wood burning stoves, 2 full bathrooms, a bar/game room, dining room that seats eight, outdoor gas grill and firepit with seating. We are located minutes away from two ski resorts, golf courses, hiking trails and lakes.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please place used towels in the bathtub on the first floor.

Please bag all trash and make sure bags are tied before placing them in the main garbage bin located behind the garage. Glass,cans and plastics bagged separate. Close all windows. Lock front door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No discharging of firearms on the property. No hunting allowed on the property.

Please do not flush any disposable wipes! Only flush toilet paper. Flushing wipes has caused major issues with the septic system.
