About this property

We are so excited about sharing our home. We are located 15 minutes from Belleayre Ski Resort, Plattekill, and Roxbury, just minutes to the Hanah golf course. Centrally located for all of your Catskill adventures of hiking, fine dining, and exploring. This home has a beautiful open floor plan and is fully furnished with all of the amenities! 4 bedrooms include 1 king-room ensuite downstairs, 1 full room with a single sleeper sofa, 1 queen ensuite, and 1 twin room- all 3 upstairs. We have a very large fenced-in backyard. As with any hobby farm, we do have farm animals and gardens on site so please be aware the roosters will start crowing early. UPDATE: As of July 1, we will be adding mini goats to our hobby farm and as a result, we will no longer be accepting reservations with dogs as this may expose our herd to undo stress. As a working farm, if you are allergic to anything with fur, this is not the home for you. I may be on-site periodically to care for the animals but will not need access to the house.

You will LOVE visiting the northern Catskill Region. It has hiking, culture, good food, breweries, and beautiful landscape. I will leave a binder full of ideas for your stay!

Perfect house for 6 of us!

Perfect house for what we needed close to Belleayre - easy parking and fully stocked kitchen - they even had coffee! Chickens added so much fun to the stay. Loved our stay and will be back hopefully a little longer next time.

Wonderful

We attended a wedding nearby and wanted a place in the vicinity. We basically needed a place to sleep and get ready. We really lucked out! The house is exactly as pictured/described, and very easy to find. The beds were very comfy; there was plenty of space for the 6 of us to spread out. It was decorated beautifully and very homey. Extremely well-stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. Although we didn’t actually spend much time on-site, my family enjoyed the goats, chickens, rooster, bunnies and a tabby kitten. Dove was a pleasure to deal with, always responsive. The Catskills are gorgeous, but especially this time of year. I would definitely recommend booking and would stay again.

Perfect gathering spot for family!

We had such a lovely stay! The house was really comfortable and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Our host, Dove, was very solicitous and made sure that all the details were taken care of.

Beautiful Place

Stayed here for my sons wedding. The place was so clean and such a beautiful home. Plenty of room, can not say enough good things about it. The hosts were wonderful as well. A+++

Why they chose this property

Obtaining this house was very much surprise and a gem that needed to be uncovered. I love the location...I actually have some students on the cul-de-sac! The house was a mess when I bought it but I was able to see past the piles of garbage and loved its potential. It still has so much work to be done and I have loved every step of the process.
