Welcome to “Endless Summer,” a vacation home built for large families! A true desert oasis with a private pool, bubbling spa, BBQ, shaded patios & dog-friendly, just minutes from Lake Mohave and Laughlin! Bring the boat, the SXS, the kids and the pups — with only a short drive to the launch ramp or to Laughlin casinos, book now & start your Endless Summer today!

ABOUT THE HOME:
Large shaded patio area w/ propane BBQ
Large shaded back patio area w/ outdoor movies
Large fully stocked kitchen
Large dining area w/ a table & a banquette
Living room w/ smart TV

GUEST ACCESS:
- You will not have access to one (1) locked hall closet & locked linen closets (master bedroom).
- The garage is NOT included.

SLEEPS 15:
Master bedroom: King bed, sofa bed, 1 rollaway bed (sleeps 5)
Bedroom 2: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, queen bed (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, twin bed (sleeps 3)
Living room: sofa bed (sleeps 2)

POOL:
-Pool is NOT heated.
-Please do not remove the pool vacuum (it is a very expensive item & helps to keep the pool clean during your stay).
-Please do not touch the pool filter equipment.
-Pool service is every Monday & Friday. Do not interfere with the pool technician.

SPA:
- The spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day.
- The heating schedule each day is 4pm-10pm.

DOG FRIENDLY:
- 2 dogs MAX.
- $150 pet fee - per dog.
- No cats allowed— severe allergy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool: No glass. No diving. Do not touch the pool equipment or remove the pool vacuum. Pool service is Monday and Friday. Close umbrellas when done.
No day visitors or additional guests, unless explicitly pre-approved with host.
