THIS is the place you’re hoping to find. Let me tell you why. We only had a few days to find somewhere before our trip and needed a full kitchen, something quiet and beautiful, close to the water, and still reasonably priced. It felt like a stretch. Then we found Caroline’s place.The first morning we woke up there, I cried. Sitting outside with coffee, looking at the view, it hit me that a stressful, last-minute scramble had somehow led us to the best place we could’ve asked for. It has the privacy of a standalone home with the ease and beauty of a resort.Inside:The bedrooms are spacious, and the bed in the primary is very comfortable. The deck and ensuite made it even better. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. We cooked daily and there is plenty of space for a family to gather. The patio is exquisite and has both dining and lounge areas.Outside:THE YARD!!! This is what sets it apart from other units on the property. You’re right up against the trees, with birds, monkeys, and iguanas all around. We spent hours watching monkeys just outside the patio. Even the raccoons made an appearance (in the best way).The beach is just steps away, with tide pools full of incredible sea life. You can walk to Ocotal Beach at low tide. The restaurant and two pools make it easy to relax or explore without leaving the property.Caroline was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Don’t let the lack of reviews scare you, this is a gem!
