Beautiful and comfortable apartment for a maximum of 3 persons with a large balcony, intra muros, above the roofs of Avignon, with a dream view of the city including the Papal Palace, all historical buildings and the surrounding countryside, on the 6th Floor with elevator. Air conditioning in the living area, fan or air cooler in the 2 bedrooms..
Two tastefully furnished double rooms (French Beds), light-flooded living area with two sitting and one dining area.
Access to the balcony via the living room and one of the bedroom.
One spacious bathroom (shower room) with window front and view.
Separate toilet.
Fully equipped, modern kitchen with adjoining economic loggia.
The price indicated is for 2 persons, an extra person will be charged 20,-€ per night upon arrival.
Non smoker apartment (apart from the balcony), no pets, not suitable for children - adults only.
The minimum stay during the festival in July is 7 nights.

Great location. Easy in / out (elevator just outside door). Every corner of the place was tastefully decorated. Was a joy to cook in. Had all the implements, utensils, spices etc. that you would find if at home. AC adequate. Beautiful views from expansive balcony. Only downfall is the mosquitoes out there at night which can make their way indoors.

Outstanding views from every window. The hosts were very responsive and check in was flawless. The location inside the walls couldn’t be better. The kitchen was well stocked and the shower was outstanding. Things to be aware of are that the toilet is in a tiny room just inside the front door. It works well but is not close to the bedrooms. This was. It a deal breaker for us. Both beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Unfortunately, we arrived as mosquito season was starting, so we couldn’t use the balcony. This was a pity because it’s very inviting. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing Stay

This apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-stocked for cooking. The host provided many amenities that made it feel like home. The view from the balcony was exceptional, and the location was quiet. This was an extremely comfortable and welcoming stay, and I hope to return sometime in the future.

Gorgeous Views & Excellent Location

This was a lovely property perfectly located to wander through Avignon and for our bus rides to St Remy and the Pont du Gard (both worth the trip!)The Carrefore is just up the street which had all we needed.Communications with Claudia and Georg were excellent. Clear, detailed and welcoming. The apartment itself is homely and warm with a fully stocked kitchen. Best of all though are the views from the balcony across the roof tops. At 9 each night we were treated to swarms of blackbirds playing in the wind. Loved our stay in Avignon!

Terrific location

This apartment has all the comforts one could want when travelling abroad. Close to an underground parking lot, the train station, city centre too. It was quiet in the evening, all appliances in good working order. Beds were comfy as was the balcony. I would certainly stay again. Also the owner responds quickly when needed.

Great 6th floor penthouse, lovely balcony, stunning views.Travelling to Avignon by train, we had great communication with our hosts.We arrived via taxi from the train station, and their agent was waiting to greet us.Awesome character building, cool old elevator.Clean and bright accommodation, exceptionally well stocked.Located within the walled city, it is easy walking distance to many stores, restaurants, The Halles covered market.You can even walk to the river boat cruise dock, and the Avignon bridge.We highly recommend for a true Avignon experience.

Lovely penthouse with an amazing terrace

Very comfortable and spacious flat that really felt like home. It was very close to everything and had a fully stocked kitchen that was perfect for making our own meals or just enjoying a coffee on the teracce! Well located and appointed apartment in the old city of Avignon

The penthouse apartment is totally outfitted for a short or longer stay and has a lovely terrace for dining. Located a block off the Main Street and close to the tourist office, as well as Place St. Didier with numerous caffès the flat is convenient to the central train station or for exploring the town. Our extended stay in Avignon

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in this beautiful penthouse apartment. The views were magnificent from the balcony which we enjoyed in the evening with our glass of wine! The location couldn’t have been better with restaurants, shops and Les Halles only minutes away. This is one of the best equipped VRBOs we have ever stayed in ! Would highly recommend as the owner, Claudia, is very easy to work with!!

Quiet Top Floor Apartment in the Old Town

Spacious apartment in a quiet section of town. Lovely penthouse terrace with terrific views of the city and mountains. Extremely well equipped. We especially appreciated the kitchen well stocked with teas, spices, paper products and more. Appreciated the smart TV and numerous tour guides. Spacious, light filled living room. Nice shower space with plenty of hot water and amenities. Plenty of storage throughout. Beds seemed a bit small and could have had normal pillowcases. Had some difficulty arriving by car due to closed roads but was a reasonable walk from street parking. A great stay.
