Very beautiful, very comfortable terraced house "Campoverde", 3 storeys, semi-detached. In the resort 2 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. For shared use: with lawn and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (12 x 8 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning. Parking. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, café 700 m, bus stop 1.6 km, railway station 1.1 km, ferry 4.1 km, sandy beach 2.6 km. Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 2 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Campoverde", 4-room terraced house 140 m2 on 3 levels. Very beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC (private) air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. 3 terraces. Location confortable proche centre ville

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à Denia. La maison est bien équipée ( manque un petit peu de couverts )et spacieuse. Les espaces sont bien entretenu et la piscine est vraiment agréable. Le logement est localisé proche du centre et des commodités.
