In the kitchen, you’ll find a modern induction stove, quartz countertops, and ample open shelving. It’s fully stocked with utensils, cookware, blender, premium silverware, and a full‑size refrigerator — everything you need to feel at home.

The living room includes a premium TCL television with soundbar, and both TVs come with a complimentary guest account for Prime Video, Peacock, Paramount, Disney, Hulu, and YouTube. Furnishings include a large, comfortable couch, a swivel rocking recliner, and cozy red‑and‑white checkered throw blankets stored in the ottoman.

Step outside to the back patio, where two Adirondack chairs with footrests invite you to enjoy fresh air and peaceful scenery.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start wash for all towels & linens (flat/fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases and towels x 3) all in one wash. Exclude pillow protectors. Use 1 detergent pod, fill bleach reservoir, select Whites.
Place in dryer only if have time. Report ANY damage or issues so it can be addressed and/or determine if it was from a past guest. Log out of any apps used on the TVs. If unable, inform me which ones.
Put new trash bag in. Firewood and fireplace are not to be used during spring and summer. Do not take USB power cords attached to lamps in bedrooms and dining area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
KEEP THE SILICONE PADS ON TOP OF THE INDUCTION STOVE WHEN COOKING TO AVOID SCRATCHING THE SURFACE. ONLY USE GLASS CLEANER WHEN CLEANING THE STOVE TOP.
SHOES OFF AT DOOR. USE THE CUTTING BOARDS FOR COUNTERTOP WORK. WASH DISHES MANUALLY AND PLACE IN THE DRY RACK IN THE SINK, DISHWASHER FOR BIG JOBS.
DO NOT REARRANGE OR MOVE ANYTHING. LEAVE EVERYTHING AS IT WAS FOUND. OTHERWISE, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY AND SUBJECT TO A FINE.
