2-bedroom house in Santa Barbara with private patio, close to beach and downtown

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this recently updated 2-BR with private patio, private entrance, and spacious bedrooms. You will be close to downtown and the beach while also getting to enjoy a quiet and sought after neighborhood. You will be walking distance to a market, local pizza spot, top notch gym with weekly passes available, and delicious Mexican food. Hop on the City e-bikes (available less than two blocks away) and be downtown or at the beach in a less than 10 minutes. A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Stays must be 30 days or more per local laws. The calendar is only open for 90 days, but feel free to reach out about longer stays!

This home is a split level duplex, with this downstairs unit offering direct access to the welcoming backyard patio. We live in the upstairs unit, so we will be readily available by text should you need anything. (We keep to ourselves so you have complete privacy.) This is a new listing, so we look forward to upgrading anything that may be lacking during your stay! We welcome honest feedback so we can be great hosts and make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible.

The home is set back off the street in an urban area that is also near open space. Even though you will be only a mile from the heart of downtown, instead of hearing the hustle of State Street at night, you may hear owls and coyotes!
