2 BEDROOM HOME TO RENT! One side of our duplex is ready to roll. The natural light is lovely and the 3 season porch on the back will be a treasure as soon as it warms up a bit. In the wintery months, the spacious garage will keep your car out of the elements. It's clean and basic to start, but we'll be doing improvements all along. It's available for short term rental or by the month for $1300 plus utilities. It's a solid, well built little place just outside the Lakeside gates on Vine Ave., conveniently located 1 mile from the quaint village of Marblehead and the ferry to Kelley's Island.
