Matagordaville is a real gem, sits right on the river with a lighted fishing pier, a raised deck with seating over the river, and a swimming pool. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 11 people, 4 bathrooms, open concept living room/kitchen area. Laundry room off the kitchen as well as a half bath for guests. Dining table sits up to 8. Upstairs is the 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet and an ensuite full bathroom. Also has a balcony. 2nd bedroom has full bottom bunk with twin top. 3rd bedroom has 3 twin beds. Upstairs has a full guest bathroom also. Walk out the front door and follow over to the raised deck with seating and lounger's. Then downstairs is a 4th bathroom (half), also an outside shower. The pool area is down here also. The lighted fishing pier is also same area. There is a fence around the property.
This property can be rented with the property right next door if you have a bigger party of people, both houses sleep up too 11 people.

The property is in the perfect location to get to beach or town. It was built a year ago so its nice and fresh and has beachy decor. Few minutes from Riverbend boat ramp and wayne's bait camp.
