This property has a brand new lighted fishing pier on the Colorado river. The cabin is an open concept which includes kitchen living area. Included 6 piece dining table. Very spacious bedroom with 2 full and a twin bed included. Full bathroom also.
Downstairs is a bedroom/bathroom with full/twin bunk bed and full bathroom with washer/dryer. Spacious porch overlooking the river and the sunsets with seating.
Under the house is a big slab with bbq, picnic tables and is a great place to gather and chill.
