Welcome to The Cottage, a well-appointed 2-bedroom home that is part of the waterfront compound that makes up 348 Sea View Ave in the Harthaven section of Oak Bluffs. The property features 150 feet of beach on Nantucket Sound. The interior of the home has been thoughtfully designed with coastal chic furnishings. The eat-in kitchen is small but mighty with everything you need to prepare meals and cocktails at home. Each of the 2 bedrooms is outfitted with hotel-quality mattresses and linens. The home has a private deck and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the lounge chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddleboards down at the beach. There is a shared, wood-burning fire pit. This 3-home compound is located just over a mile from Ocean Park with easy access to the bike path. Retreat to this property for your Martha's Vineyard vacation.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Move any indoor/outdoor furniture back to its original location. Ensure appliances (i.e. stovetop, oven) and gas to grills/firepits are turned off. Close all windows and doors.
Wash and dry as many of the towels as possible starting with beach towels then bath towels. Many renters find it helpful to do beach towels the night before departure.
Review any additional house instructions left by the homeowner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To confirm the lease, we will need your mailing address, email, cell phone number, and signature.
You will need to sign our beach/recreational equipment waiver.
Turnover is Sat/Sat through the beginning of August and then Sun/Sun at the end of the summer.
