The pool is maintained at 80°F all winter at no extra charge, surrounded by shaded lanai seating, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area built for gathering. Cast a line right from the seawall — local catches include sheepshead, crevalle jack, and rays — or simply pull up a chair and watch the water.
Inside, the open-concept layout connects a fully updated kitchen, multiple dining areas, and a bright living space, all with canal views.
