Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove used bedding and place in the laundry room
Place towels in a separate pile in laundry room
Load dishwasher, add detergent, and run it
Empty refrigerator
Return any moved furniture to original locations
Turn thermostat to 73°F
Turn off lights & ceiling fans
Bag and place all trash inside the garage bin in garage
Cover hot tub
Lock all doors
