The comfortably furnished living-dining area with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, music system, free WiFi, dining table and terrace access (south facing) grill available, invites you to relax. An open kitchen is integrated into the living area, which is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and other cooking utensils. Two separate bedrooms 1x double bed and wardrobe, 1x two single beds enable relaxed nights. A brightly tiled shower room is also included. Toys for children are also available in the apartment. You can park your car free of charge at the house. It is a holiday apartment for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed. You live centrally and will soon reach the shopping center, as well as the beach and the pier in just 300 meters. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Just as close is the Kur & Festsaal, where numerous cultural events take place all year round.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
