Great location. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment. Perfect for my needs this trip. Safeway across the street for convenient grocery run and street parking (with pass provided) worked out very well. Brandon was quick to respond to messages both before and during the stay. Would def stay again and recommend to others!
I stayed at this property for 10 days during my condo remodel. This apartment and the building itself were very clean. The apartment, although small, was well appointed and comfortable. Permit street parking was easy to find nearby. The location can't be beat with multiple buses to downtown available just around the corner, and restaurants, grocery stores and the Seattle Center within easy walking distance.
The place was super clean and updated. The rooftop had a gorgeous view of the space needle on one side and the water on the other. The location was very walkable or public transit was easily accessible.

It was great place to stay giving the area being close to most things. However there was a lot of commotion from people outside. The AC can only be used in the summer months which led to the room being warm. It was quiet overall and host was very responsive when we had questions

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting our responsiveness and the convenient location! As noted in the listing, the AC system is only set up in the summer months when the weather is consistently warm, which it now is for the remainder of the summer! The property is also located in an urban area close to restaurants and attractions, so some occasional outside activity can occur. We’re glad you still found the space quiet overall and enjoyed your stay.
