This has been the best rental experience in 20 years. The house is beautifully appointed Ian’s all furniture was extremely comfortable. We had a few glitches in the beginning which Gina handled quickly for us. The pool was delightful. We had never had a saltwater pool before. We are coming back next year.

Most enjoyable stay for almost 2 months.

We could not be more pleased with our stay. The house and surrounds meet or exceeded our expectations. Decor, kitchen, pool and lanai were all favorites. Doris,the property person, was extremely helpful. Thanks to the owners for offering there house for our wonderful stay.

A wonderful month in paradise

We had such a lovely stay at this tiny slice of paradise. The home was immaculate! We felt very comfortable in all the spaces. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to cook in or out. Susanne was very responsive if there was a question regarding the home. Communication was outstanding. We were very sad to leave. This is an amazing place to rent. Wish it were available for us in the future!

Economy plus not club class

The property is a standard two bedroom, 2 bedroom house although there was no separate cloakroom/wc, for guests. Whilst the house was clean and tidy and all the equipment worked well, the kitchen units were tired. We also had problems with the WiFi, which frequently failed. The house Keeper, Gina, was really good & did her best to resolve the problem but the WiFi remained inadequate.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in toller Lage

Wir durften 20 wundervolle Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und ist in einer traumhaften Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände und Malls sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und schnell zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Die Nachbarschaft ist ebenfalls toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!!!

Stay while recovery from Ian.

This is a beautiful, well kept and comfortable home. Wonderful neighborhood. It was nice to be able to get away from the destruction at our home and neighborhood. Only bad week or so, was workers painting and Re screening the pool cage while we were there trying to relax and get away from things after a day of work at our own place after Ian’s destruction. But other than that it was wonderful. Thank you

The Perfect Vacation Home

Everything went smoothly from the booking to our departure. Doris was extremely courteous and very helpful with our questions. We enjoyed the pool, the cleanliness of the home and all the special comforts it offered. We definitely would rebook in the future.

3 month stay

Exceptional area. House size perfect. Love Spanish Wells. We are retired Canadians and have spent our winters here for the pass 7 years. Property manager, cleaning lady and owner were all very very helpful. My only suggestions is the house could use some updating.

Bonita Springs-Spanish Wells

Wonderful property in a wonderful location. Close to everything. Great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Beach is about 10-15 minutes. Spanish Wells is a wonderful gated community. The pool at the house is great for lounging around or getting in for a quick swim!

Naples Summer Vacation

The house and the amenities were just the right size and location for us as we visited family and enjoyed the Naples area. We found that the home was quite clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The property manager was very helpful and made herself available for anything we might need. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach and shopping.

Beautiful home and gated community

House was beautiful! very clean, decorated very nice. Pool was so nice! Clean and during our stay a pool guy came to check it. Beautifull gated community. Front gate security guys were very friendly. We met with Doris at the house, she checked us in, very nice lady. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again!

Spanish Wells pool home

When I walked into this home, I literally did a happy dance! It's gorgeous. The pool is large, totally screened in, located right on the golf course. Pool table for extra fun , three bedrooms and an office. You will love staying here! The kitchen was fully stocked with great cookware, plenty of dishes, glassware, serving pieces. There is plenty of counter space, a keurig, large table, etc. The beds were ultra comfortable with beautiful linens. Plenty of excellent towels both beach and bath towels. I would love to come back and stay here again any time! The manager answers all questions promptly. I absolutely give this the highest rating!

A Perfect Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Whispering Palms. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy and Doris and Suzanne are delightful to work with. This home is so well cared for and clean. It totally exceeded our expectations! We were delighted to sit on the lanai and enjoy the beautiful eastern view over the pool and golf course. It was great to wake up and watch the sunrise or the golfers. The pool was such a welcome bonus and was used every day. It was well maintained and just the right temperature! The house is well laid out, with the master bed and bath on one side, and the guest rooms on the other side of the kitchen. The furniture is very comfortable and the rooms are big! We were able to entertain guests and our grandchildren, and the home still felt open and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare and serve food. It even has very nice serving pieces! There are chairs and items to use at the beach as well as in the pool. The nicest aspect of this home is that it felt just like home, not a rental as everything was available to us. The neighbors were delightful! The location is excellent as it is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! We happily give this home the highest rating possible. We would love to stay again next year, but it is already rented! We will be back again! Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable and comfortable!
