Great property

Only problem with the property is the neighbor across the street that has 3 vehicles and parks on the street blocking the entrance to the property.

Pleasant Stay at the Villages

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice and comfortable. The golf cart needs work. The fuel tank was not full when we arrived, and the fuel gauge does not work. Even when we filled the tank the day before we departed, the gauge still showed "E" empty. Also, the brakes are very weak. It took a lot of force to get the cart to stop. Despite the issues with the cart, we would highly recommend this location for future stay.

Very Comfortable

The house was very nicely appointed. There were some plumbing issues with the water pressure and the hot and cold water would go off periodically. We had to reset manually from under the kitchen sink.

Quiet neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was on a quiet street but parking was not good. House across street had three cars parked on the street it was hard to pull into driveway. House needs new front door locks, had trouble opening doors called customer service took 2 days for them to help out also we never did receive key to golf cart which we did not plan to use anyway. Bathroom showers need grab bars especially as older people use property. Location was okay.

Perfect house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very good house with all the equipment we needed. We wood have liked to see a golf channel in tv. but that is not so important. It is a bit far from "the middle" but since we had the golf cart and a car that was no problem.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were well satisfied with our rental home and our experience and with Down Home Property Management. The people at DHPM are very helpful and attentive to our questions and any issues that may come up before, during and after our visit to the Villages. As a result of our experience the last two years we have recommended DHPM to a number of our friends and one couple rented a home in 2019 and plans to do so again in 2020. In fact, we have rented another property thru DHPM for April, 2020, as well.
