Hi, I’m 37 years old, self-employed, and originally from Germany. I love to travel and truly enjoy meeting people from different cultures. Family is very important to me—I have one daughter who means the world to me—and I’m passionate about the work I do.

As a host, I genuinely care about my guests and want them to feel comfortable and welcome. I’m always available and will do everything possible to quickly solve any issues and make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Our neighborhood and the downtown area are wonderful for walking or biking. The Cape Coral beach area, yacht club pool, and Boathouse tiki bar are also just a short bike ride away.

Boaters, Caloossa boat rentals is just a few minutes away, and you can rent a boat and quickly head out in the open waters.

The house is also only a few minutes from the bridge that connects to Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.

This NEW Vacation Home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms has modern furnishings, a heated pool (winter only), an outdoor seating area with a fireplace, a spacious dining area with a BBQ, and is less than a 5-minute drive to downtown. This beautiful house is located in the Yacht Club neighborhood and beach! Cape Harbor is just minutes away by car.
Book this sun-drenched, comfortable home boasting one master suite on the left back side of the house, and the other 2 guest rooms are on the left front side. The master suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. The king-size bed offers a pool view, and the pool is accessible from this suite. The right side of the home features the garage, laundry room, half pool-bathroom and the kitchen.
One guest room has a queen-sized Murphy bed, and a spacious dedicated workspace. The other guestroom has 2 separate twin beds which can be pushed together. Each bedroom has a closet and storage for clothing. The second bathroom is located just in between both guestrooms and is easily accessible from both rooms. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo, toilet, and double sink.
The master bedroom and the living room, both have TVs.
The fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you may need during your stay. Fridge/freezer combo, large farmhouse sink and a gas stove.

The laundry room provides a full-size front-load washer and front-load dryer. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay.
The backyard with its massive corner deck and waterfront invites you to a private sensational outdoor dining experience or just a relaxed pool day.
This home is located just a short drive or bike ride to shopping, amazing restaurants, and nightlife. For lunch and dinner, be sure to walk over and grab the best gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out Merricks or Pinchers Crab Shack, all within an easy 5-min drive from the house.
