Modern mountain retreat in Girdwood, walking distance to Alyeska lifts and Jack Spratt, Bakeshop, and The Sitz! This stylish 3-bedroom home features soaring ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and an open kitchen and dining area ideal for gathering. Two king bedrooms plus a third bedroom with a full bed and a separate kids sleeping nook offer flexible options for families. A large downstairs rec room with pool table and additional TV provides space to relax and play in a quiet forest setting.

Please note that we require a $200 security deposit charged at check in and released on check out, as well as a signed rental agreement prior to check in.

Easy Check-in. Excellent communication- fireplace was a great addition. Large pool room and easy walk to the lifts. Near the coffee shop and rental / lift ticket areas as well. This place is a winter paradise!!
