Please ensure all Pool Equipment is off before exiting the property, including fire pit as well -- gas, lights, water features, heating, etc.
Please do not mess with the front gate. Once it is open, we like to keep it open, until checkout.
Make sure fire pit is not left running for hours.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
