Guests will have private access to the entire BlackTop Lodge Studio during their stay, including all indoor living spaces and designated outdoor areas associated with the property. Self check-in allows guests to arrive at their convenience, making it easy to start enjoying their mountain getaway without delay. Ample parking is available for cars, motorcycles, trailers, and other enthusiast vehicles, providing a convenient home base for exploring the area's famous scenic roads and attractions. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property as their own private retreat while respecting any clearly marked owner or maintenance areas that are not intended for guest use. For your convenience, a guest information book is provided inside the studio and contains helpful details about the property, local attractions, operating instructions, and important contact information. In the event of an urgent issue, emergency contact numbers and local resources can be found in the guest book. If you need assistance during your stay, The APP messaging system is the preferred method of communication, as it allows us to respond quickly and ensures all information is documented for your convenience.

To keep the studio clean and safe for all guests, please follow these rules:
Vehicle Rules
- Engines must be off before entering the photography studio
- No idling inside the building
- No mechanical repairs or fluid changes indoors
- Vehicles with significant leaks may not be brought inside
General Rules
- No smoking or vaping inside the studio
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours after 10 PM
- Only registered guests allowed on the property
- Please respect the property and furnishings
