Beautiful property! Pond/pool is wonderful and sandy on the bottom! Lots of space for everyone! Fire pit area, separate pool/pond area. Grills (2) for cooking out, amazing pillows on the beds! We had 13 stay and it was perfect to have a home base and go hike and then spend the rest of the day cooking out and swimming! Was a wonder spot for our 4 day family get away! Great communication, quick to resolve any issues! 25 mins from Old Man’s Cave. Driveway a little steep but my Chevy Equinox did just fine!

We brought our adult children and their spouses and grandchildren. The home was very well cleaned, and the kids all loved the bear and raccoons and fox in the family room,! There was plenty to do on the property. The little lake area was incredibly nice and well taken care of all my boys and grandson fished all week and had a blast. We brought a large blowup island and floating loungers and truly enjoyed the water and sunshine. We had an issue with the hot tub and grill and Ryan was on it that day getting it fixed. Great communication and a beautiful home.

Ryan is a fantastic host and clearly is passionate about providing the best experience possible for guests. His communication is astounding, providing all of the information needed in advance and quickly responding to any questions in a timely manner. We brought our children and dog (which was truly appreciated) for an extended weekend trip, and couldn’t have been more delighted with the experience. The cabin is a perfectly situated on the property, overlooking a BEAUTIFUL pond that is stocked with plenty of fish and even has a designated space for swimming. My daughter and I caught roughly 30 fish (blue gill, smallmouth bass, and catfish), which was an incredible bonding experience. The cabin features an amazing wraparound porch that provides amazing views from every angle, which is simply unmatched. It’s clean, has a great game room with air hockey, foosball table, and a video game table with a bunch of retro games. The property is 15-20 minutes away from all of the big destinations in Hocking Hills, which provides the seclusion and privacy you’re looking for, along with the easy access to the best hiking spots in the state.I can’t recommend this property enough, and Ryan’s hospitality will bring us back again! There are a total of 5 cabins on the 23 acres, all of which are spaced out enough to feel like you’re the only ones on the property. We’re planning on coming back again in the summer with several other families to share in the delightful experience.
