Property was spotless and exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and friendly, making it a great place to relax. Communication with the host was excellent from the time we booked, and she provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in and everything we needed to know before our arrival. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Great neighborhood. Our little dog loved the back yard and the quiet neighborhood to walk around in. The house was immaculate and huge! Anastasia was very accessible, friendly, and helpful. Appreciated amenities included free Wi-Fi, existing streaming services, and board games to play in the evening. Definitely would rebook next time I'm up there.

We had to emergency move 4 people from a previous stay to this one and the host here couldn't have been more accommodating. She let us check-in early upon request the night before, provided very detailed check-in/out instructions, and the house was perfect for our team. The host, Anastasia, was also very responsive when I was asking questions during our stay. We were travelling for work, so comfort, peace & quiet, and space were very important to us and this stay checks all of the boxes. We would love to stay here again when work brings us back to Chico! Five stars isn't enough for reviewing this stay or host, so we give them 10! Thank you for accommodating me and my team Anastasia, and we hope you like how we cleaned the placed prior to leaving. :)
