This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in a great family friendly neighborhood just steps from DeGarmo Park and minutes from some fantastic local restaurants—an ideal spot for families and groups to relax and enjoy their stay.

The home offers two comfortable queen bedrooms that share a full bath, along with a spacious king bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, giving everyone room to spread out.

Enjoy time together by the fireplaces! The dining has a nice room to gather by the cozy fireplace, or head outside to the private patio with an outdoor fireplace—perfect for morning coffee, or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine. Our home is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials, because we want you to feel right at home.

We had to emergency move 4 people from a previous stay to this one and the host here couldn't have been more accommodating. She let us check-in early upon request the night before, provided very detailed check-in/out instructions, and the house was perfect for our team. The host, Anastasia, was also very responsive when I was asking questions during our stay. We were travelling for work, so comfort, peace & quiet, and space were very important to us and this stay checks all of the boxes. We would love to stay here again when work brings us back to Chico! Five stars isn't enough for reviewing this stay or host, so we give them 10! Thank you for accommodating me and my team Anastasia, and we hope you like how we cleaned the placed prior to leaving. :)

Great neighborhood. Our little dog loved the back yard and the quiet neighborhood to walk around in. The house was immaculate and huge! Anastasia was very accessible, friendly, and helpful. Appreciated amenities included free Wi-Fi, existing streaming services, and board games to play in the evening. Definitely would rebook next time I'm up there.
