Relax in your private heated pool & hot tub home in this charming 2-bedroom fully remodeled home. Inside, guests find a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and daybed with pull out trundle, perfect for families or groups.
A huge kitchen and vaulted ceiling family room perfect for comfy lounging. Two bathrooms feature both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring.
The private screened lanai has great privacy since you're surrounded by beautiful trees. The pool and hot tub are perfect to relax and have fun. At night, turn on the propane heated fireplace in your lanai or step into the backyard and have a bonfire.
The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether relaxing indoors, outside in your covered lanai, or planning your next adventure, this gorgeous home offers a tremendous base for your stay.
Laundry on site. Bonfire pit in backyard, propane lit fireplace in lanai, and indoor fireplace in owner's suite.
One mile from Weeki Wachee Buccaneer Bay & River, short drive to Pine Island Beach, SunWest, Hudson beach, Hernando Beach, New Port Richey, and within 30 minutes to both Homossasa and Crystal Rivers. Conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping, and hospitals.
Please note: If you wish to have the pool heated it's $25 a day for reservations less than 6 night and $100 for each week. If you wish to have the pool heated can take 72 hours to heat so you must notify us before your arrival in time for us to turn it on. If you're booking same day please inquire if the heater has already been on for previous guests. Pool heating is for your entire stay and cannot be on a per day basis. We do not charge for the hot tub heat or gas grill propane. Thank you.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put towels in the washing machine on HOT and start before leaving. Put all sheets and bedding the bed used.
All trash needs to be in the blue bin. Trash day is Monday and
Put any dishes in dishwasher and start it. Hand washed dishes should be left on the drying rack next to sink. (Located under sink).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
