The apartment was clean, bright and nicely decorated. We were greeted with some welcome snacks and locally made sodas. Erin was quick to send or answer messages with information. A pleasant place to stay.

Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. No complaints, if a larger bed would fit that would be ideal but i understand space is limited. There was some pitter parter of small feet above at times but nothing offensive and none at night. Price was very fair as well.

The apartment was beautiful! Immaculate & every detail was well thought out. The property is very close to many attractions in both Kittery & Portsmouth, NH. The hosts are very friendly & helpful. They are also very responsive in all communications. We would love to return in the future.
