Discover this family friendly 5-bedroom home in South Rehoboth Beach. Guests will find a comfortable retreat with an oversized lot and spacious interior including 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that can accommodate 14 or more guests.

The first floor includes a bright kitchen that is open to a large dining area with a table that will accommodate large gatherings. The kitchen also opens to a relaxing side porch. The first floor also includes a sunroom, family room with sectional couch and TV, bedroom with king bed and full bathroom.

The second floor includes 4 additional bedrooms, including one ensuite with a king bed and outdoor terrace, one with a queen bed, one with a full bed, and finally a bunk room with quad bunk that includes two full beds and two twin beds. The second floor is completed with a bonus loft/family room with its own seating area and TV along with another full bathroom. The property also includes laundry, dual zone climate control and wireless internet access. Linens are not provided.

We loved our stay here! The house was comfortable, spacious, and clean. It’s rare to stay in a rental that feels so homey and thoughtful and includes everything we needed to cook meals, play at the beach, and get a great night’s rest on comfy mattresses! Amazing location 5 minute walk from the beach, far enough away from the boardwalk to enjoy the quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk 10 mins to the boardwalk. Chris was EXTREMELY helpful, accommodating, communicative, and kind.

Chris's amazing home in Rehoboth was one of the best rental home experiences I've had in all my travels. Everything was done with hospitality and guest comfort in mind. Chris's communication was impeccable and helpful. The house itself was charming, and spacious with a wonderful layout; perfect for families spending time together (but plenty of room and comfy spaces for everyone to have their alone time.) The location was ideal too - so close to the beach, but on a quiet street with plenty of Rehoboth charm. We will 100% be back again!

We enjoyed staying at this property with a group of 10! The host allowed us to check in early and the house was in a great location. 2 blocks from the beach and had restaurants/shops within walking distance. It was a plus to have extra beach chairs, bikes and games in the shed. We do wish that it was noted on the listing prior to booking about having to provide your own bed linens and towels since everyone was coming from out of state. Also, the room with the double bed is in quite a tight room compared to the picture but we were able to manage. Otherwise, we would definitely book at this property again!
