Check in was super easy. This charming apartment was spacious, clean & quiet. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood that had multiple restaurants within walking distance (we came to Rochester by train). We slept quite well. Host was both attentive & accessible when I had questions.

Beautiful upstairs kitchen and living room with a curtained-off bedroom. We didn't feel like we were in a busy neighborhood. The downstairs bedroom was also very comfortable and modern. Both bathrooms were located downstairs, as were the washer and dryer.

The location was great - easy in and out of the neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Jason and Shelby were very responsive to our questions and requests. The apartment itself is very spacious and quiet. The washer and dryer work great. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and has some nice updates (the USB port was unexpected and especially appreciated). Also, coffee pods were available (thank you!). We enjoyed staying there. One note - if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs, this may not be the best fit as both bathrooms are on the lower level and the stairs are a bit narrow (expected given the age of the home). Overall, a nice, neighborhood place to stay. Easy and safe walking, and exceptional hosts.

Great location and works well for 2 couples. Easily walk to restaurants and feels like a safe location. A couple things we wish we knew ahead of time are that the bathrooms are both downstairs and the main living and kitchen upstairs. Not a problem for us, but a definite issue for elderly visitors (there are several landings of stairs). We decided not to invite parents over due to this so that was dissapointing. You also have to walk through the stand up shower to get to the toilet in one of the bathrooms. If you have more than one vehicle, you will have to street park the second one. The living spaces are spacious and comfortable and love all the lighting and older home charm. Would recommend stocking kitchen with more items to make it fit "luxury" status, such as a blender and bake ware that is oven safe.
