The layout of the finca is such that even with six people everyone can have their own area. The finca was built in 1920 and renovated in 2018. At the beginning of 2023 there was a small refreshment in some areas. The dining room is furnished with an oval table and behind it, before entering the living room, there is a cozy chill-out area. The air conditioning unit located here allows you to control the temperature from mid-June to the end of September. There are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom; the second bathroom, which is very spacious and has direct access to the terrace, can be accessed via the living room. The kitchen is equipped with the usual amenities. The finca is very quietly located approx. 1 km outside the village of Es Llombards in the direction of Ses Salines at the end of a cul-de-sac. The terrace in front of the house is quiet and offers shade in the evening. Here you can end the evening together with a barbecue. In the patio, the cozy rattan seating area invites you to chill out with a sundowner. Here you can hear the birds singing and the rabbits almost hopping past you. You are in the middle of nature.
