Our family rented this condo a number of times over 10 years. We loved it so much, we purchased it a couple of years ago. Hoping to share this lovely place and create memories for you too!

Why they chose this property

We loved this area because the Kamaole Sands complex provides great resort amenities and it's right across the street from the beach, with lifeguards! It's a great location for an easy vacation-- you can beach or pool, you can dine in or dine out close by, you can book daily adventures from the kiosk downstairs or stay in. No matter what your plans are Kamaole Sands provides a perfect home base!

What makes this property unique

Kamaole Sands has 440 units but this particular condo is unique for a number of reasons!
#1 - It's a 2 story loft unit with lots of space
#2 - This condo overlooks the pool, gardens, and has a partial ocean view. It really is superior over some of the other buildings in Kamaole Sands. And although you overlook the pool, the condo is very quiet-- noise has never been a concern
#3 - This condo has the coveted large lanai. Not many condos have this large lanai and it's lovely for meals outside
#4 - You are near the elevator which makes bringing in the groceries or beach toys very easy
#5 - New AC and new bathrooms coupled with spotless cleaners makes for a fantastic experience.
