The house was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need to accommodate a large group. The location was excellent, a stone’s throw from the beach making beach days very convenient. Jen was very easy to contact and responsive during our day.

Beautiful property with all the amenities one would want. All kitchen needs available for cooking. Excellent location with short walk to beach or to free shuttle stop. Jen was a great communicator.

We had a large family vacation with 13 total. The house was wonderful with plenty of room for all of us, very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outside area was wonderful and we spent many hours out by the pool and in the game room. The beach was only about 1 block away with easy access. Jennifer responded quickly to a few minor issues we had and they were handled promptly. My entire group was very impressed with the accommodations and if we return with a large group again, we will definitely look at renting this house again. We have stayed on Anna Maria 15 times and this place ranks right up there with the best.
