Outdoor living is exceptional: a wrap-around boardwalk, 32' pier and dock (community boat ramp nearby), heated pool and spa, pergolas, two-level composite decking with unobstructed sunrise and sunset views, screened porch, expansive terrace with fire-pit, tiled outdoor shower, and more.

Boaters welcome! The dock is available for guest use—bring your own boat lines and bumpers and be ready to launch.
Dog-friendly with a maximum of two dogs (non-refundable $300 pet fee per dog).

Please note: the home has active outdoor security monitoring. The pool/ hot tub will open late May and stay open through September. Weather dependent it could be open in October- pool/ hot tub not guaranteed after September or before late May.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee. A rental must be booked 48 hours prior to arrival or the reservation will not be permitted.
