Amazing stay

This is our fourth year coming to Palm Springs for the Coachella Music and Arts Festival and this has been the best place we have stayed at! The property owner had amazing hospitality and was constantly in communication making check in and out smooth. The property is located in a gated community so all of us girls felt so safe at this location.

The condo was as described in the write up. Great pool and grounds, condo was well equiped. The beds weren't great, could definetly be replaced. Overall a great place and location was excellent. Would stay there again.

Palm Desert perfect

My brother and I stayed here for a week and it was lovely! The location was perfect and close to the places we shop and eat. The home was perfect for the two of us and we had our own space. The patio was lovely for Sun and reading and the neighborhood was nice for walking. The complex was beautiful and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I hope it works for next year.Definitely recommend this home!

Desert Retreat

My family and I stayed here to enjoy the area and to attend PowerTrip festival. We loved the nearby pool and all that the house had to offer. Even during the October heatwave we were comfortable in all areas. Kim was very communicative and easy to contact. We would recommend and stay here again.

Very comfortable stay for weekend getaway

Kim and Steve were great hosts. Very communicative, and helpful to answer all questions and address any concerns we had. The home was incredibly comfortable, and spacious enough for 6 adults. The view of the golf course and community around the home made for lovely backyard views and an overall very enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home in Palm Desert.

Fabulous Stay at Monterey CC

Entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure. Unit is spacious, clean and has everything one needs. Views are fabulous and the community is full of friendly people. Not all pools are heated, but we easily found the heated ones and enjoyed them. I highly recommend the property.

Fantastic Stay

The Condo is very clean with comfortable beds and well furnished. If you're looking for a place to stay that's offers peace and quiet look no futher. The pool is just a few steps from the frontdoor. There's nothing you need to bring besides your clothes and golf clubs. The owner was extremely accomodating and accessible. I look forward to a return stay.

I couldn't have found a better house to stay during my time in Palm Springs area. I spent most evenings enjoying the patio and grilling out on the fantastic bbq. when I did relax inside the house was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The furniture was comfy and I loved the big tv. I was also impressed with the shower as the water pressure was fab. This is a fantastic house. I throughly enjoyed my stay here.

Great condo in Monterrey CC

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice view of the golf course with westerly views of snow capped mountains beyond. We used the fire table on the patio a few nights, it put out a little heat and allowed us to stay outside later. Bathrooms were clean and updated. All exterior doors have keypad locks making checkin and entry a breeze. Kim has the renting process down. We’d recommend this place for your stay in the desert.

Filthy VRBO

I have stayed at numerous VRBOs even in the Monterrey Resort. This was the first time ever I had to live in a "Filthy" environment. The host did send a carpet cleaner. But, she said the dirt and dust on everything was normal! She even left half used bars of soap in the shower and bathroom. The location is excellent and the kitchen had everything. She is living in a bubble if filth carpets, grime and dust are acceptable

Great location, well kept

Kim’s place was clean and well kept. The patio overlooking the golf course with a mountain view was where we spent most of our time. The community is older, but very well kept, with beautiful vegetation. The location is very central to Palm Desert amenities. There is enough space for a family, Kim was very responsive to any questions.

Weekend getaway

This was my second stay at Kim’s Condo. We were supposed to go to stagecoach this weekend but it was cancelled due to Covid so we decided to have a quick weekend getaway. Kim was very accommodating when it came to our reservation during this time. She even offered a full refund if we chose. We will definitely be back next year.

Kim responded quickly to our questions and was friendly and helpful. The location in Palm Desert is very convenient to everything (the McCullum Theatre, Grocery Store, the Shops on El Paseo). Mornings on the patio with coffee and a newspaper were very relaxing. Lots of room in the house.

Family Stagecoach Weekend

We stayed at this great condo for a long weekend for the Stagecoach Festival. Condo has everything you would need. Plenty of space and beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio. The pool is just a few houses away. Kim was very quick to respond to any questions. Property has security gate that is manned 24/7. Security was also very helpful and checked on us upon arrival to make sure we found our way. We would definitely come back to stay at this beautiful condo.

The photos do not do this house justice! It’s beautiful and just perfect for 6. The house was clean and is decorated so nicely. Fits 2 cars in the garage and has a cute little patio with a fire pit and BBQ grill. Kim was so accessible and easy to talk to. She let us check in early for Stagecoach and let us check out an hour later. She was so accommodating and made our stay that much better. As a group we couldn’t be more happy with our choice!

Our family has been coming to Monterey Country Club since it was built in 1979 and the Palm Springs area for many years prior to that. It is a wonderful winter escape from the cold weather.

This property's ideal location makes it the perfect place; set in the middle of the golf course yet easy to find, there is no street noise to contend with and it is close to everything you want to do in the desert; golfing, swimming, tennis, pickle ball, hiking, shopping, restaurants, theaters and more.

The manned guard gate makes this a safe and secure place and the southwestern view from the patio area is intoxicating.
