Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used towels, washcloths, and kitchen linens in the hamper in the first bathroom. Bag all trash and place closed bags on front deck. Place key and key tag back in lock box when you leave.

Kim was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The place was immaculate and offer everything we needed close to downtown. I’d definitely recommend a stay on this houseboat on the TN river!

We had a wonderful experience here. It was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The houseboat had everything we needed and then some. And our hosts were so friendly, as was everyone else we met in this city. 10/10 recommend.
