In the hamlet Radovani 5 km from the centre of Višnjan, 15 km from the centre of Poreč, in a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the sea. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, billiard table, table football, trampoline, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 15 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 17 km. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.

Mediterrane Villa mit Stil

Wir verbrachten unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub im August 2023 in diesem Ferienhaus in Radovani. Wir buchten das Haus für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (5J. und 1J.)) und eine befreundete Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (7J. und 5J.). Das Haus, besser die Villa, ist der Wahnsinn. Wunderschön eingerichtet mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail. Schöner, großer Garten. Freundliche Vermieter, die sogar noch Obst und Wein als Willkommensgruß bereitgestellt haben.

Perfect ruhige Lage zum entspannen

Sehr gute Lage, ca ca Minuten von Poreč entfernt. Ein Tipp für alle die nicht jeden Tag am Meer liegen wollen, guter Ausgangspunkt für Rad-, Motorradttouren durch Istrien. In dieser Villa wird man von der Zeit endschleunigt man kommt sehr gut zur Ruhe.

Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub in der Villa Radovani verbracht. Das Haus inklusive Außenanlagen ist einfach wunderschön: spitze eingerichtet, alles da was man sich wünschen kann. Pool und Außenküche sidn unschlagbar, auch das Spielzimmer mit Tischkicker und Billard war ein großes Highlight für die Großen und Kleinen. M. und D. sind super nette Gastgeber, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Merveilleuse maison, très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison qui a été totalement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux de qualité. Chambres spacieuses et literie confortable, chacune ayant sa salle de bain. La cuisine est moderne et très bien équipée, la cuisine d'extérieure ombragée avec plancha, idéale quand il fait chaud ! Magnifique jardin, salle de jeux, tobogan, trampoline, siège suspendu, le rêve pour toute la famille ! Merci aux propriétaires adorables pour leur accueil.

Eine wunderschön renovierte Villa hat uns erwartet. Mit Liebe im Detail und mit dem besten Komfort ist diese Unterkunft, das Beste das wir seither gebucht haben. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool und die Aussenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt.
