The pool area is open and directly accessible from inside the home.

Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is allowed anywhere on the property, including patios and outdoor areas.
Anyone found smoking on the property will be charged the full security deposit.

🎉 No Parties or Fireworks
No parties or events of any kind

No fireworks are allowed on the property at any time
These rules are strictly enforced for safety and neighborhood compliance.

Pets are welcome with prior approval.
