Everything was very nice and clean. The space is small which was expected. The only thing that isn’t great is the bed is really not comfortable but that should be expected for a pull out couch bed. Overall it is as described and very nice!

Nice property and view, very conveniently located near campus. Clean and didn't have many issues. The bed is a bit short if you are a tall person. The only problems we had was water leaking out of the shower and the towels smelling like cigarettes. Other than that, we had a fun stay, and everything was pretty clean but a little pricy for what we got.

Hi Julia. Thank you for your review. This space is small, maybe I need to reconsider the pull out couch, it is definitely a tight space. Since this is a new rental for us, we are trying to work out the kinks. We haven't had many guests stay here, so we didn't know about the water. We have someone coming to look at it. As for the towels, I am not sure why they smelled like cigarettes, I apologize. Our laundry is done in the bigger rental between guests, and all of our spaces are smoke free. I will also look into this. I appreciate your feedback.
