I bought this house from my 96 year old friend and was determined to fix it up in her honor. The outside charm was something I was not willing to give up! The inside charm, arches, all original wood trim and floors, were also not to be altered. I did as much work myself as I possibly could, covering every inch with paint, gutting the kitchen and bathroom, and turning the once filled attic into a bedroom and bathroom! As I was nearing completion, I knew I wanted to share this house with others. I am a frequent VRBO renter and have loved the uniqueness and charm of every house I’ve been on! I wanted to share those unique experiences with everyone!

The neighborhood is outside city limits, but close enough to be convenient. The yard is on almost 2 acres so feels like country living!

This house has been totally renovated and updated! This house has old time charm and character-arches, original wood work and floors, and antiques throughout. The side porch and large yard are a definite plus!!
