Inside, the home is elegantly furnished with high-end decor and comfort in mind.
You'll find:

- 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, including two master suites with private en suites

- A formal dining room for 8 plus a separate dinette for 4

- Spacious, open living areas designed to maximize water views

- Multi-slide doors along the back of the house open to invite the outside in

The property comes equipped with a NEW saltwater pool which can be chilled or heated, 5 kayaks (1 tandem, 2 adult, 2 child) for exploring a calm inlet of the intracoastal right from your backyard, and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the view!

For family fun, there's a 3 hole putting green, a ping pong table in the garage, and plenty of beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wagon - to make the short 8 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the beach a breeze. There are various games and puzzles for game night too!

Whether you're relaxing indoors, swimming in the pool, dinning by the water, or heading to the sand, this home has everything you need for a luxurious and memorable Indian Rocks Beach escape.
