Why they chose this property
We wanted to feel like we weren’t necessarily in a vacation spot. This home feels nestled between a lot of full-time folks second homeowners and gives you a feeling of belonging.
What makes this property unique
We wanted to preserve the OG style of this house. We fell in love with the wood paneling the old cabinets. We also think that Double porches make for a really wonderful vibe and the private beach access from evans street is an oasis even during peak summer.
