As per building policy, we require guests to sign a lease agreement before their arrival to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The lease agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your stay, including the rental fee, house rules, and other important details. By signing the lease agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions, and agree to comply with them during your stay.

All adult guests must provide a full name and valid Photo ID (face-only, clear, white background) prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will only be provided once registration is complete. Guests new to Airbnb will be asked to confirm early that they can comply. Access may be denied to guests who do not comply. This measure helps ensure a secure and trusted environment for everyone.

Lost and Found Reminder*

We, as hosts are not liable for lost, misplaced or forgotten belongings. Please notify us ASAP about left items. We`ll try to locate and return them, but availability or condition of lost belongings isn`t guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
