Scenic Serenity | Maggie Valley (formerly Treetop Vista) is proudly under the loving care of new ownership for 2026, thoughtfully refreshed with personal touches designed to elevate your stay. From the moment you step inside, you’ll be greeted by spectacular long-range mountain views that stretch from summit to valley below, setting the tone for relaxation, comfort, and connection with the beauty of Maggie Valley.
Perched high above the valley (3,700 ft) in a quiet, elevated setting, this cozy, spacious and inviting mountain escape offers the perfect blend of privacy and breathtaking scenery—ideal for peaceful mornings with coffee in the clouds or nights wrapped in calm mountain air while taking in the Smokies’ stunning silhouette. It is our hope that these carefully curated touches allow you to truly unwind and enjoy the serene summit setting that makes this cabin so special.
This 4-bedroom cabin is ideal for families, friends, or multi-generational stays, with thoughtfully designed spaces to ensure everyone can relax and unwind.
Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms: a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds sharing a full bath, and a queen bedroom with a private bath. Downstairs, an inviting king suite serves as a private retreat, complete with its own full bath—perfect for couples or guests seeking extra privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, whether preparing a casual breakfast or a full mountain-inspired dinner. Gather in the cozy living area around the stone fireplace or step out onto the full deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The covered deck features a porch swing, table, and chairs—ideal for simply relaxing while soaking in the long-range Smoky Mountain and Valley views.
For your convenience and entertainment, the cabin features TVs with Spectrum TV, streaming services, and high-speed internet, keeping you connected while you relax in the peaceful mountain setting. A full-size washer and dryer is also provided for added comfort and ease during your stay.

Seasonal weather can be unpredictable, and during winter conditions, all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive and/or snow tire chains may be required.
