The house and the view are beautiful! Everything was clean and so cute. From the wall paper to the curtains you can tell they really put a lot of thought into the details and design of this rental. Check in and out was extremely easy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The house is about 12 minutes from town. If you are staying through the week don’t expect to find many places open. That was something we weren’t expecting but we did find some great food. Highly recommend Tony’s Butcher block, the pulled pork and pizza was delicious! Also Paps Dairy Dreams is definitely worth a stop. Thank you Gene for renting out you beautiful property. We loved it!

Set on a quiet ridge with wide mountain views, the area is peaceful and unhurried. Mornings often bring soft fog rolling over the hills, and evenings end with big sunsets and clear starry skies.

We love the nearby town of Berkeley Springs for its small, historic feel, local shops, and relaxed pace, it honestly feels like stepping into a Hallmark-style small town. It’s the perfect balance: total privacy at the cottage, with a charming town just minutes away when you want to explore.
