Great vacation rental!

A very nice place located in a good area. The house was clean and very comfortable with all the necessities needed for your stay. Would recommend it for a great place to stay.

Great vacation

We loved our vacation at house Verena. We already rented several other houses in Cape Coral but house Verena was the best we ever had. Especially the location in the middle of the town close to Veterans Parkway is perfect. We will definitely come back!

Amazing Stay!

This house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and accommodating. We really enjoyed the pool and grilling outside. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, Heidi, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this house!

A spacious and clean home

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this house. It’s been clean and comfortable. The pool area is spacious and a nice place to grill and dine outside. It’s convenient to many restaurants and a short ride to Ft Myers. We love this house

Beautiful home exactly as pictured. Well stocked with anything you could need. Backyard is very private surrounded by tall palm trees Quiet neighborhood with lots of shops nearby. Heidi, the property manager was very helpful. She greeted us and gave us some neighborhood tips. Would highly recommend this property

The property was great, pool was perfect and a great location.

We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and the location was perfect for us. We did have a issue with management when we got there. We booked thru VRBO as we usually do and paid rental fees prior to arrival only to be met by management asking for a cash payment for cleaning. I have never had to pay anything in addition to VRBO prepaid rental agreement. It was never mentioned in any communication prior to arrival. I love the home but would never rent from this owner again. I actually own a property management co. and it is policy to never accept cash for any reason (bonding issues). I paid it as to not stress out on my vacation. Just beware...

Wir hatten noch nie Problemen mit Mietern betreffend der Endreinigung. Dass eine Endreinigung vor Ort an unsere Hausverwaltung zu entrichten ist, steht bei Fewo-Direkt auf unserer Seite. Wahrscheinlich wurde diese Seite nicht genau gelesen oder aber überlesen. Dass die Endreinigung von den Mietern getragen wird ist bei Floridahäusern üblich.

Decent Vacation Rental

The neighborhood was pretty quiet. It is about a 20 min drive to a beach. Pool deck in back is nice but pool too cold to swim even after 5 days in the 80s Solar Heater never got it warm enough to swim. Nicely stocked kitchen and necessary items. Property needed some overall maintenance. We made Property manager aware. Nice showers but water pressure poor in Master . We spent 2 weeks there. Reasonably priced but we did not understand that by having 2 friends there we would have to pay extra. Was not clear on VRBO. Recommend adding a note that extra people cost more. We assumed as long as we did not exceed 6 people since it slept 6 we were fine. Well that was wrong. Overall okay experience.

Guests booked for 2 people, but were then 4 people. After a long negotiation, the rental price for 4 people was accepted. The rental price is visible on our website when booking the exact number of people. If rented for 2 people, the price appears for 2 people only. In bad weather, the solar heating cannot heat the pool water well. As stated in our house description, we have no electric heating.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Verena. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Fam. Gerner. Das Haus ist genau wie die Bilder es zeigen. Es gibt keine versteckten Kosten. Das Haus und das Umfeld sind sehr gepflegt. Eine sehr gute Ausstattung, es fehlte uns an nichts. Ein Großer Pool ca 5m x 10m x 1,9m war unser Highlight. In der Garage stand auch Strandzubehör (Liegen,Stühle Schirme) zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt im Bereich Veterans Parkway / Skyline Blvd in der Mitte von Cape Coral in zentraler, ruhiger, netter Nachbarschaft.Heidi Thornton ist ein sehr netter Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir waren schon viele male in Cape Coral, aber die Villa Verena ist vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis das Beste was wir bisher gemietet haben. Wir werden versuchen die Villa wieder zu mieten

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit 3 Personen für 12 Tage dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vorab und beim Check-in mit Heidi war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, Lage und Ausstattung super! Der Pool natürlich ein Traum! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und sagen herzlich Danke für die schöne Zeit!
