You found it! The Champagne Chalet! In town three bedroom quality built single family home. Remember life is what happens while you are making other plans! Situated right in the center of the Historic District, just one block from your favorite restaurants like Hearthstone, Twist, or Fatty’s. You can park your auto and walk to it all.

Why stay in a condo with crowded and noisy neighbors, when you can stay in your own private home with private parking.
This upgraded beautiful home presents quality. The home is nicely appointed and decorated tastefully with original artwork. The new gourmet kitchen boasts Sub-zero appliances and a gas range. The kitchen is completely stocked with quality kitchenware and spices in case you decide to prepare your own feast while you are here. Besides the formal dining table that seats up to six, there is also a high top table with two stools.
The free ride shuttle stops just steps out the front door, to whisk you away to the gondola on peak 8 or the beaver run chair on peak 9.
The private master suite is on the upper level with a view of the beautiful Breckenridge ski resort. You can snuggle down in the king size bed at night and watch the groomers managing the ski runs for tomorrow’s big day. As the bright stars fade away you can watch the alpine glo touch on the peaks as the sun wakes up and kisses the mountains. There is also an office area built into the master suite in case you need to catch up on your work. This large room also has a click-clack if young couples have small children that they want to accommodate in their room. Smart TV in Master. The master bathroom is a room unto itself. Double sinks, a large Jacuzzi, soaking bathtub, steam shower, and your own Keurig coffee machine means you don’t have to join the day until you are good and ready.
You can keep in touch with the world with high speed secure wifi and four flat screen TV’s. The living room boasts a 55” Smart TV and DVD player.
Bedrooms two and three are on the lower level, which also has its own efficiency kitchen, laundry, and full bath. One room has a lofted queen size tempurpedic mattress and one has a full size comfy bed. There are two flat TV's on the lower level to hook up your own gaming or lap top.
This warm home has in floor radiant heat. Amenities include hair dryers, boot dryer, BBQ gas grill, and indoor and outdoor ski racks.
This home is owned by a seasoned Breckenridge local who appreciates the simple and wonderful soul that Summit County has to offer. !!!TOXIC MOLD -> WATER FLOODING FROM THIRD FLOOR BATH DOWN TO 2ND FL BATH'S CEILING

I became incredibly ill (vomiting and headaches) for the entire stay and didn't know why until 2nd to last day we discovered the master bath (top floor) shower leaking water through its tiles down into the middle story bathroom, flooding it. The middle story bathroom's ceiling showed lots of water damage, buckling and discoloration, indicating this has been going on for some time. I am extremely sensitive to mold and this exposure made me sicker than I have ever experienced. Have tried to contact owner, Anita, 4xs now with no reply. Unacceptable "living" conditions. Major repairs required to bring to healthy environmental level.

Very cute little house in an awesome location

The house is accurately described on the website. Perfect location for walking everywhere in town and for skiing. It was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. Well stocked.

White Christmas in Breck!

We had a wonderful time at this property over Christmas. The house was exactly as described, well equipped, and located less than two blocks off the center of town, and less than a block from the bus stop to the slopes. In fact, it was close enough to even walk to the Gondola if you're adventurous. Everything worked as expected, and we all had a great time. We'll definitely look to stay here again if we have a group of 4-8 people go to Breck in the future.

Well Located Charming Home

Great house in a perfect location!

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. The place was perfect for our group. It's such an easy walk to all the key areas of Breck (10 minutes to Gondola, Peak 9; 5 minutes to main stretch of Main St). The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. Bedrooms were comfortable. All around a great place to stay.

Quaint, very clean and ideally located

We put together a trip for an extended weekend on very short notice. Anita, the owner, was quick to respond and very accommodating which was appreciated. The home exudes character, defines the word 'cozy' and was very clean and well-appointed. The location of the home couldn't have been better, two blocks off the central section of Main St. Also, right across the street from St. Mary for Mass-goers. Looking forward to our next trip!

Great location for walking to restaurants, shops and churches. Well appointed and great for family get-together. Although it does sleep 8, it would be better for 6. Parking for one car. If more than one car, plan on moving it regularly to avoid towing.

If you want the whole Breck experience, this is the place!

Walk to the whole Breckenridge Main Street Experience, super simple shuttle to every peak. Property had absolutely everything you could possibly need, super-special were the radiant heated floors and private parking.

Wonderful Experience

My wife and I heard great reviews (from friends) for Breckenridge as a summer destination. We booked with Anita not really knowing what to expect from the town or this property. Our expectations for both were exceeded. Anita was professional and prompt, a pleasure to deal with, and the property is in a terrific location. We brought bikes with us, but much of the town is accessible from this location by walking. The bikes were an added benefit as we made several runs from home to Frisco which is about 11 miles away. The downstairs bedrooms are small but serviceable, comfortably accommodating 2 adults with their own bath. Would like to make this an annual trip.

Beautiful home, close to everything

Anita's Champagne Chalet is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. If you've never been to Breck, you must go, and this is the place to stay. It's comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking. It's got lots of space for family or friends. Best of all, it's close to everything. You can park and walk to restaurants, bars, shops, the ski hill -- everything.

The Toast of Breckenridge

What a fantastic way to experience historic Breckenridge! Anita's Champagne Chalet lived up to its name, providing a sparkling and celebratory base for our three-day visit to Breck. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived, with good Internet WiFi coverage, a fully appointed kitchen, bedding, towels, and everything else we needed. Sun streams in the windows, and the comfortable furniture makes for great curl-up reading spots at the end of the day. We don't watch TV, but there were nice ones on all three floors. The location is perfect--a short walk to Main Street and all the charms of the village. Highly recommended!

wonderful home with charm - convenient to everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home in downtown Breckenridge. The home is well appointed and had everything you could need at hand. We really enjoyed being able to park the car for days and just walk everywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable too! We'll be back!!

Ski heaven

We stayed for almost three weeks. It was the perfect location for "hanging out" in Breckenridge. Walking distance to Everything ! We walked to the gondola to ski, and when we rode the free "Breck Bus" we got on right in front of our house. House is set up perfect for a family, with a very large, nice master suite, and two smaller bedrooms on the lower lever.

Why they chose this property

I was born in the Midwest. However when I first traveled to Colorado I knew this would be my second home. I chose Breckenridge because it is a real town year-round. I chose this house because I want to walk to everything.

What makes this property unique

Location! Everyone knows how important that is. I had to have a house with a view. I was tired of condo living and wanted a real house with a real yard, trees and flowers I can attend to. This house felt like home the first time I came in.
