Perfectly located, this updated and cozy 2BD/2BA condo is in one of the best spots in Breckenridge! Our rental is perfect for a small group of friends or family wanting to experience what Breck has to offer. With Main Street being just steps from the unit you will have unlimited access to dining, bars, museums, festivals, and shopping at your fingertips. Quick access to the ski lifts in the winter and hiking trails in the summer make this rental the perfect mountain getaway!

The space
After a fun-filled day, two bedrooms await you for a comfortable night's sleep, accommodating up to six guests.. The main bedroom features a king size bed, an en-suite full bath, with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds as well as access to a shared bathroom in the hallway. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a single vanity and also a washer/dryer combo free to be used during your stay. For additional sleeping space there is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two.

Enjoy the scenic view while you soak in the private hot tub or grill with your guests on the balcony while enjoying your al fresco meal at the outdoor dining area. In the winter relax next to the stone fire place after a long day of skiing with a nice cup of hot chocolate while you watch a movie on the brand new flat screen TV and when mealtime comes around, the kitchen has your back! It's well equipped with brand new appliances as well as cookware that you will need to whip up incredible, homemade meals for the group. You can enjoy your feast on the balcony or at the dining table that seats six with additional seating at the bar top.

Great Stay

Stayed with a group of friends for a ski trip. Apartment was great, more spacious than it looked in the pics. Only complaint was the lock on the deck door didn’t work.
