Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Tolle Lage, traumhafter Blick

Sehr schöne Wohnung, großzügige Terrasse, sehr zentral, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant, Bahnhof, Strand, Hafen und Café alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, genügend Platz mit 3 Kindern. Müllentsorgung etwas umständlich und die Parkplatzsuche eher schwierig.

sehr schön gelegen - zentral und ruhig

Wir waren zu viert da (Familie, zwei Teenager). Die Wohnung ist groß genug, tolle Terrasse zum See hin. Die vollständig ausgestattete Küche enthält alles, was man zum Selbstkochen braucht. Ein großer Supermarkt ist zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage direkt am See (Straße dazwischen) war die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist allerdings die Heizung. Sie wurde uns zwar "freigeschaltet", sprang aber dennoch öfter mal nicht an, obwohl wir es als kalt genug empfanden.

Abfall und Sonneneinstrahlung

Die Unterkunft war spitze. Zentral gelegen, mit der Bäckerei und dem Obst- und Gemüsehändler vor der Türe. Der Hafen vor dem Haus, der "Strand" in Gehdistanz und auch der Supermarkt ist wenige Hundert Meter entfernt. Die Terrasse ist super! Am morgen und wenn die Sonne wieder untergegangen ist. Denn die zwei Sonnensegel decken nicht viel ab. Es hat eine grosse Lücke und am Abend scheint die brennende Sonne unter dem Segel auf den Tisch. Besser wäre ein grosses Segel und eine Möglichkeit gegen den See etwas Schatten zu machen. Die Abfallentsorgung muss man selber machen (normal). Doch ist der Entsorgungshof zu Fuss in 27 Minuten zu erreichen! Dies kann man ohne Auto nicht machen! Es steht in der Wohnungsanleitung, den Abfall, wie auch Zuhause, zu trennen. Auch biodegradable Grünabfuhrsäcke sind vorhanden. Die zersetzen sich, wie der Name schon sagt, von selber (wie zuhause) . Doch wenn man noch 2.5 Kilometer auf der Hauptstrasse gehen oder mit dem Auto fahren muss ... Zudem kommt auf dem Entsorgungshof alles wieder zusammen. Auch wenn man dem Mann wiederholt sagt, es sei Grünabfuhr ...! Für das Entsorgen muss man eine Karte haben (die kriegt man mit der Wohnung und muss sie bei der Abreise auch wieder zurückgeben). Der Entsorgungshof macht um 9 Uhr auf Check Out kann u.U. schon um 8 Uhr sein. Da gibt es einen Zielkonflikt! Die Anwohner von Porto Valtravaglia können ihre Kontainer auf die Strasse stellen. Diese werden von der Gemeinde an signalisierten Tagen abgeholt.

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz und super Terrasse mit Sehblick! Bäcker mit sehr gutem Brot und Brötchen sowie Supermarkt in Laufweite. Einziges Mankos die sehr laute Straße(hat uns aber nicht gestört). Gelungener Urlaub in Bella italia!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht und einer modernen Einrichtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Allerdings ist die Entsorgung des Mülls sehr aufwändig, da die Müllcontainer 2 km vom Haus entfernt sind und die Container schwer zu finden sind.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Total gepflegte, neu renovierte und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in top Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen: der See und mehrere Geschäfte. Die Menschen super freundlich! Die Küche ist das nötigste eingerichtet, wer spezielle Dinge braucht wie Reibe oder Teigschaber, muss sich das selber mitbringen. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und zum genießen. Vielen Dank

Wunderschöne Wohnung am Lago Maggiore

Die neu renovierte FeWo ist wirklich traumhaft. Super ausgestattet, mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht und sehr sauber. Von der wunderschönen Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Eine kleine Anmerkung hätte ich noch: vielleicht könnte man eine größere Markise anbringen, das Segel ist zwar wunderschön, doch es ist so heiß, dass man in den schönen Nachmittagsstunden nicht auf der Terrasse sitzen kann. Die Sonneneinstrahlung ist einfach zu stark. LG aus München
