Good place to stay and go to Disney World

We spent 10 nights there had a great time, the pool heat helped the kids get in the pool almost every day. I would recommend this place to stay.

My whole family stayed with Dennis in November. This was a mixed purpose trip-golf,, Disney, shopping, etc. We all had plenty of room, the beds were so comfy and the host was very responsive. We love the Emerald Is location because its super close to everything but you feel like you are secluded from everything too! We will definitely be back!!Kara

Excellent vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the pool was great! When we arrived we realized the door code that was emailed was not correct, however we were able to contact the owner quickly and given the correct code.

Lovely large property a short 15 minute drive from Magic Kingdom. 1 mile from Walmart. Pool was a great size. Quiet secluded part of the estate looking over a small lake. Owner was very responsive to any queries.

The water front Villa in Emerald Island was perfect. The host was great providing information and very responsive. The Villa was amazing! It had all the amenities needed and very comfortable. The back patio and pool were serene and the view was also!. Didn't use the pool as it was cool the cool while there, but looked welcoming. The kitchen had everything needed, and the bedrooms were very comfortable - haven't slept better anywhere else! The gated community was immaculate and felt very safe. The location was perfect for Disney, Universal and the multitude of restaurants. Very relaxing vacation because of booking this Villa. A

Really nice

Beautiful home in a really nice area. Owner was quick to reply to emails if I had questions. Couch and love seat not the best furniture to set on, but we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family-Friendly Villa!

Perfect family friendly vacation house! Pool security net, full size crib, two play pens, high chair, even a potty chair! Perfect for our little ones! Plus it had a pool table and an foosball table in the garage! Absolutely everything we needed and it’s super close to Disney World! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Nice layout

The layout of this house was perfect for our family. The view was very nice. We also loved the fact that we could have groceries delivered and pretty quickly too. Close to mainy stores and fun places to go. Host was very responsive when contacted.

Loved our stay at this house! Very comfortable!

We had a great experience! The house was very clean and very comfortable! We felt like we were staying at a family member’s house!I picked this house mainly because they had Tempur-Pedic mattresses! I knew we would be having long days at the parks and would need a good nights rest. We slept perfectly! Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenagers), fit comfortably in the house with plenty of room for everyone. Plus it is close to parks and Walmart. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. We would stay here again. You do have to buy a parking pass for 20 per vehicle from the clubhouse.

The house is clean, better than the pictures. It’s comfortable for our family of 6 adults. Dennis is easy to communicate with. It’s close to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Be prepared for the traffic around open and close time of the parks. It took us about 35-40 minutes to Universal Studios ( of course there’s traffic at open and close). It would be nice to have more than one bath tissue roll in each bathroom, but I don’t mind making a trip to the nearby Walmart or Target to get the essentials ( make a list before you go shopping). We bought lots of bottled water because that the water in the parks tastes awful or you pay 4 dollars for bottled water.
